JMT’s journey began with advanced elastomer material research.
Originating from a silicone materials research laboratory within a synthetic rubber specialist, JMT has continuously expanded its technological expertise into the semiconductor testing field. Based on precision silicone rubber processing, we manufacture semiconductor test components that deliver stable performance across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic to high-temperature environments.

JMT’s flagship product, the PCR® socket, is a high-performance test socket used to verify chip functionality in semiconductor testing.
PCR® is a pressure-sensitive conductive rubber sheet in which metal particles are arranged in a serial structure using a proprietary process. When pressure is applied, the particles make contact and form multiple conductive paths, enabling stable and reliable electrical testing. JMT was the first company to apply this principle to semiconductor testing and is recognized as the original developer of the technology.
